Executive Job Descriptions

The following general duties apply to, and are expected of, all executive members:

Make good judgment decisions: discuss all options, use the voting process. Decisions should be made to better the league. The executive is all-powerful and executive decisions are final
Strive for fair representation; if possible, have all divisions represented in the decision making process
Be disciplined; attend the meetings and do the job you volunteered for
Be efficient
Practice good budget stewardship, forward/report receipts to Treasurer
Practice good security habits at diamonds facility e.g. reporting property damage to authorities, following key management system
Promote the league, and strive for better conditions
League operating account must have 2 executive members for cheque signing authority (Treasurer and 1 of the following: President, Vice President or League Commissioner)
Diamond facility account (and/or line of credit) must have 1 of 2 executive members (President, or Treasurer) for check signing authority
